The Role  This position will entail building and managing a high performing, talented team of Software Engineers tasked with tackling real-world problems and enhancing the safety of communities. You will recruit, coach and mentor engineers from Graduate to Senior level, drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement as well as promoting best engineering practices. Skills  The Software Engineering Manager will have a background in people leadership and in-depth knowledge of the SDLC and Scrum / Agile frameworks.
