Start: ASAP - interviews are taking place within 2 working days Location - Manchester - 2 days a week must be in the office Rate: (Apply online only)pd Inside IR35 Duration: 6months + You will work within an agile, cross-functional team to build and maintain secure, scalable applications, leveraging modern Java engineering, cloud technologies, data engineering and quality automation. Key Skills and Experience Strong hands-on experience with Java 11+, Spring and Spring Boot 3.x. Experience developing microservices, REST APIs, Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams. Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modelling, data analysis and dbt. Cloud experience across AWS, GCP or Azure, ideally including GKE. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, IAM and API gateways such as Apigee. Experience with Python, Pytest, API automation and ETL testing. Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, shift-left testing, unit, integration and regression testing.
