SOFTWARE ENGINEER£130,000 + BONUS LONDON This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an engineer who wants to operate as one of the first hires in a newly formed AI team. You''ll have the chance to build AI products from scratch, work directly with senior leadership, and help reshape how a global technology investment business operates through automation and AI. THE ROLE Build AI-powered products, workflow automation tools and internal platforms from concept through to production Develop intelligent assistants, agent-based applications and LLM-powered solutions to improve business processes. Work across Software Engineering, Data Engineering and DevOps to deliver impactful AI initiatives. Design and manage cloud infrastructure and data platforms within AWS environments. Join as one of the first engineers in the team, helping shape architecture, tooling and technical direction from day one.
