      <description>Location: Andover | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;40000/annum c&amp;pound;30-40k, plus benefits | Type: Permanent | We are now looking for a Software Engineer to join the product development team with a manufacturer of innovative test instrumentation in Andover.    Joining the Engineering Team, your main duties will be writing code to develop the Windows applications software, including control and data acquisition for the next generation products.    Writing software for new products, you will ensure your NPD projects are delivered on-time and to budget.    You will contribute towards system and architecture design decisions.    You will create and maintain project documentation to a high standard and provide training materials as required for internal and external use.    Working closely with the marketing, sales, and production teams you will provide support on software related and technical matters for existing products.    You should ensure that all products meet essential regulatory requirement for the territories they are sold to (e.g. CE marking).
