Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets quality and performance standards.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, sharing best practices, mentoring, and reviewing code to ensure adherence to quality standards and architectural guidelines.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
