Rather than relying on off-the-shelf tools, the team is focused on building scalable, intelligent solutions that support real-world processes across the organisation.They are now seeking an AI-Assisted Software Developer to join the team and play a key role in designing, building and evolving these systems.Software Developer the role:• Design, build and iterate internal software tools supporting business operations • Work across multiple departments to understand challenges and develop practical solutions • Develop and maintain applications using modern frameworks such as React / Next.js • Integrate systems with third-party platforms including ERP, logistics and payment solutions • Use AI coding tools as a core part of development workflows • Contribute to the development of a headless ecommerce platform • Write clean, maintainable and secure code following best practice • Manage version control and collaboration through GitHub • Support ongoing system improvements, performance and scalability • Contribute ideas and ..... full job details .....
