The role sits within a core payroll service, supporting high-priority business change including pay awards and wider payroll enhancements. This is a technical development role, not a reporting/dashboard-only position. Key requirements: Strong Oracle HCM Payroll/Oracle Fusion experience Oracle payroll processing and payroll runbooks Payroll and Elements configuration Retrospective payroll calculations/processes Payroll tables and associated development Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration development SQL and PL/SQL Fast Formula development and debugging Oracle HCM integrations OTBI/BI reporting Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience within a corporate services or shared services environment Experience with Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HDL, HSDL/AD, OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC is highly desirable.
