Software Developer

Our client is looking for an ambitious Software Developer to join their new department focused on building the technology, systems and digital products that help businesses operate smarter and grow faster. This is a hands-on, full-stack role for someone who can develop more than websites. You will create client portals, booking systems, dashboards, business automations, bespoke web applications, integrations and AI-enabled tools, while also supporting the delivery of high-performing websites and conversion-focused landing pages where needed. The role As a Software Developer, you will turn ideas, processes and business challenges into practical digital solutions. You will work with clients and the wider team to understand requirements, recommend suitable technical approaches and build reliable systems that create measurable value. The work will be varied. You may be developing a bespoke client portal, integrating a CRM with a booking journey, creating an internal reporting dashboard, automating a repetitive process, launching a digital product or building a campaign website designed to generate leads.
