Software Delivery Team Lead

Software Delivery Team Lead required by a growing technology company located in Basingstoke. The Software Delivery Team Lead will take ownership of the successful delivery of software across four business critical mobile applications. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys coordinating software delivery, working closely with a collaborative team and managing external development partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. The Role: Lead and coordinate software delivery across four mobile applications.Manage day-to-day delivery activities with an outsourced software development partner.Run daily stand-ups, track progress and remove delivery blockers.Work closely with Product Owners to prioritise requirements and manage delivery schedules.Ensure software releases are delivered efficiently, on time and to the required quality.Maintain visibility of development progress, risks and dependencies. What We''re Looking For: A strong technical background, ideally within software development or software engineering.Experience leading or coordinating software delivery teams.Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.Ideally, experience using JIRA to manage development tasks, sprints and delivery progress.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with outsourced or third-party development teams would be advantageous.Exposure to mobile application delivery (iOS / ..... full job details .....
