The CRM is operational, but it is currently unstable and experiencing ongoing technical issues. We are looking for someone with strong software, database and CRM experience who can assess the system properly, identify the underlying causes of the instability and recommend a permanent, robust solution. The Role The initial focus will be to carry out a technical review of the existing CRM and understand why the system is unstable. Responsibilities will include: Reviewing the existing CRM architecture and setup Identifying the root causes of crashes, errors, performance issues or instability Reviewing the database structure and data handling Assessing the quality and structure of the existing codebase Reviewing integrations, APIs and third-party services Identifying any infrastructure, hosting or scalability issues Highlighting technical weaknesses or areas of risk Advis...
