SOFTWARE COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST LONDON Looking for your next high-impact commercial contract? This is a unique opportunity to shape software and SaaS procurement strategy within a highly complex, technology-driven environment. You''ll lead negotiations with strategic software vendors, influence multi-million-pound investment decisions, and help drive value across a growing software and AI estate. Location: London (5 days per week on-site)Contract Length: 12 MonthsMust be eligible for DV Clearance What You''ll Do Lead complex software and SaaS procurement activities from sourcing through to contract award and renewal. Develop commercial strategies for major software, cloud and AI technology investments. Negotiate licensing agreements, subscription contracts and enterprise-wide commercial arrangements with tier-one vendors. Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive performance, value and cost optimisation. Build business cases to support technology investment decisions and approval processes. Partner with technical, legal, finance, security and procurement teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance. Provide expert guidance on software licensing models, cloud consumption and commercial best practice. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, optimise licensing and improve commercial outcomes.
