They build industry specific software used by tens of thousands of customers across distribution, automotive, retail and rental, and they have been doing it for decades. They are now building out a core AI engineering capability and putting AI into their products at pace. This is a competitive market and their rivals are pushing AI first products out quickly, so these are hires that matter to the business rather than an innovation side project. THE ROLE, SOFTWARE / AI ENGINEER Hands on product engineering in a team led by an architect and a team lead, based out of their Hungerford office.
