This is a newly created position offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving. Working closely with the sales team, software developers, project managers and customers, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer requirements, conducting site surveys, designing software solutions and supporting projects from initial concept through to successful implementation. Key Responsibilities Conduct customer site visits, surveys and technical discovery meetings. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
