Soft Services Area ManagerGlasgow (Multi-Site) 38,000 - 40,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 2:00am (flexibility required) Permanent ASAP Start We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites across Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operational leader with a background in Cleaning, Soft Services or Facilities Management who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of soft services across a portfolio of sites.Lead, support and develop on-site management teams.Ensure service standards, compliance and KPIs are consistently achieved.Manage staffing levels, budgets, stock control and operational performance.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Drive health and safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews.About YouProven experience in a multi-site Soft Services, Cleaning or Facilities Management role.Strong people management and leadership skills.Experience managing operational budgets and service delivery.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.Full UK Driving Licence.
