Soft Play Centre Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Soft Play Centre Manager to take full operational and commercial responsibility for a standalone soft play centre. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring we provide a safe, clean, welcoming and enjoyable environment for children and families. This is a hands-on management role with responsibility across health and safety, staffing, customer experience, operations and financial performance. The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods, in line with the needs of the centre. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring an efficient and welcoming service Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure the centre complies with all relevant legislation, regulations, health and safety, industry standards and safeguarding requirements. Oversee cleanliness, safety checks and equipment maintenance, carrying out weekly checks and managing faults and repairs reactively and proactively. Lead and manage the centre team, training, rotas, performance, absence and day-to-day staffing, including hands-on support during busy periods and staff shortages. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience and opportunities to increase revenue.
