Landscaping Operative Responsibilities As a Soft Landscaping Operative, you will be part of a team delivering professional commercial landscaping and soft landscaping projects._Key duties include:_ Carry out hands-on landscaping duties including turfing, planting, pruning, hedge cutting, mulching, and final site finishing to a high standard. Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working and supporting productivity on site. Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, including ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
