Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaper to work across our clients commercial sites and high-end domestic properties in the Petersfield area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work paid travel and the chance to be part of a professional and growing team.
This role will involve travelling to various sites up to approximately one hour from Petersfield delivering high-quality soft landscaping works to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Turfing and lawn installation (laying, seeding, preparation)
- Planting of shrubs, trees, hedges, and seasonal bedding
- Soil preparation, cultivation, and ground improvement
- Mulching, fertilising, and general plant care
- Installation of topsoil and compost
- Hedge planting and maintenance
- Garden restoration and soft landscape refurbishment
- Weed control and general site maintenance
- Working from planting plans and drawings
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, particularly on high-end residential projects
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on all sites
Requirements
- Proven experience in soft landscaping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good plant knowledge preferred
- Full UK driving licence - Essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
