Social Worker required to work at Assistant Team Manager level, for work within the Children and Families Service in the Fareham and Gosport area of Hampshire. Candidates will be working in the Locality Team. Contract for 3-6 months but will extend. 42ph Development and a support environment is key to maintaining the high standard of service offered and a competent Assistant Team Manager is critical to the key objectives of increasing standards and continuous improvement to the quality of practice to shape a winning team. You will lead and manage a social work team, whose caseload will include care proceedings, children in need and children in care.
