The role will focus on improving practice across front door, reablement and hospital social work. You will support case holders, provide peer guidance and work with Service Managers to develop ASYEs, early-career practitioners and colleagues without a Social Work qualification. Key responsibilities Support and train practitioners across Adult Social Care. Promote high-quality practice and positive outcomes. Assist social workers with professional decision-making. Provide peer support to qualified social workers. Complete relevant practice-development projects. Requirements Recognised Social Work qualification and current SWE registration.
