The successful candidate will support children in care to achieve stability, permanence, and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of children and young people subject to care orders. Undertaking statutory visits and ensuring care plans remain outcome-focused and child-centred. Working alongside foster carers, residential providers, schools, and health professionals. Progressing permanence planning including adoption, long-term fostering, and Special Guardianship Orders. Completing assessments, care plans, and court reports as required. Supporting young people through transitions and pathway planning.
