You will work with children and families where safeguarding concerns have been identified, ensuring timely and effective interventions to protect children and improve outcomes.  This is a supportive and well-managed service that places strong emphasis on relationship-based practice and multi-agency collaboration.  Key Responsibilities  	 Undertake Section 47 enquiries and Child and Family Assessments. 	 Manage a caseload of Child Protection and Child in Need cases. 	 Develop and implement robust safety and care plans. 	 Work collaboratively with partner agencies including health, education, and police. 	 Undertake direct work with children and families. 	 Prepare high-quality reports for conferences, reviews, and court proceedings. 	 Maintain accurate and timely case recordings.
