This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and their families.You will deliver high-quality social work services in line with the policies and objectives of the Children, Schools and Families department, ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of welfare remains at the heart of your practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of children and families within the CWD serviceUndertake comprehensive assessments of need and riskDevelop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needsWork collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventionsEnsure appropriate resources are identified and utilised to safeguard childrenMaintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirementsPromote positive outcomes for children, young people, and their families/carersRequirementsQualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registrationProven experience working with children and families, ideally within a CWD settingStrong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skillsAbility to manage a varied caseload effectivelySound ..... full job details .....
