This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team focused on improving outcomes for children with complex needs through high-quality statutory and relational social work.The RoleAs a Social Worker / Senior Social Worker within the Children with Disabilities Team, you will:Work with children and young people with disabilities and additional needs, supporting them and their families through assessment and planning.Complete high-quality assessments under Children Act 1989, including child in need and safeguarding assessments where required.Develop, implement, and review tailored support plans, including short breaks and care packages.Manage a varied caseload, ensuring children s voices are central to all decision-making.Work collaboratively with health, education, and other partner agencies to deliver coordinated support.Prepare clear, analytical reports ..... full job details .....
