This role is suited to a confident and experienced social worker with a strong background in  children's safeguarding  who can  hit the ground running  and manage a complex workload effectively. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with children, families and partner agencies to ensure that safeguarding concerns are identified and addressed appropriately, with the child's welfare and best interests at the centre of all decision-making.
