The service is structured around The Promise-a commitment to ensure care-experienced children grow up loved and safe-and operates under a "GIRFEC" (Getting It Right For Every Child) model.Investigating referrals from schools, police, or health professionals to determine if a child is at risk.Managing the Child Protection Register and conducting investigations where there are concerns of abuse or neglect.Providing immediate, brief support to stabilise a family crisis.Assessing children with disabilities and coordinating Self-Directed Support (SDS) to give families more control over their care.Providing "edge of care" support to help ..... full job details .....
