Support and guidance to NQSWs, this will be on a one-to-one basis or in groups, providing coaching, expert knowledge, training, reflective supervision, skills and practice development. To develop and co-ordinate the ASYE training programme (either commissioning external trainers/partner agencies or delivering personally). Undertaking and supporting the assessment of the NQSWs against the Knowledge and Skills Statements (KSS) for child and family social work.
