About the RoleNorthampton Children''s Trust is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Permanence Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children who are looked after by the Local Authority and have a Care Plan of adoption, helping them to achieve long-term permanence and positive life outcomes.In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies, keeping children firmly at the heart of everything you do.
