Skills and Experience Required Provide support and therapy to individuals and families experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or substance misuse, using a strengths-based approach. Conduct assessments (psychosocial, risk, care needs) to establish diagnoses and identify required support. Develop and monitor individualised care plans , in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Undertake crisis intervention and risk management, safeguarding vulnerable individuals using frameworks like the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, or Care Act.
