Social Worker Level 3 (Adults) Social Care Qualified Location: Trinity Road, Bootle, Merseyside, L20 3NJ, Hours:36 Contract: Locum / Temporary Service Area: Adult Social Care Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Social Worker Level 3 to join an Adult Social Care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied and complex caseload, undertaking statutory social work duties and supporting adults to achieve positive outcomes while promoting independence, choice and wellbeing. You will work within a strengths-based approach, working collaboratively with individuals, families, carers and partner agencies to assess needs, manage risk and develop appropriate support plans. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of adults with a range of care and support needs. Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews and reassessments. Develop person-centred support and care plans that promote independence and wellbeing. Complete safeguarding enquiries and take appropriate action where adults may be at risk of abuse or neglect. Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and contribute to Best Interests decision-making where required. Work in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and professional standards. Identify and manage risks while ensuring the individual''s views, wishes and desired outcomes remain central to the assessment process.
