Our client, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Hospital Discharge team.This is a 3-month post initially, paid at up to £35 per hour.The role will involve the following:Provides a range of support and care services for older people, adults with a physical and learning disability and people with mental health needs both in the community and at home.Hospital discharge workPlease let me know if you are interested?
