You will complete structured and statutory assessments, working closely with partner agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to an appropriate housing pathway. You will be central to delivering our homelessness prevention strategy. Focus on early intervention, stability planning, and continuity of support, ensuring the voice of the individual is heard.
