Social Worker | Full Time | Mental Health Team | Preston, Lancashire. Salary £35,235- £46,142 per annum. Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week. Location: Preston, Lancashire. International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship.We are recruiting within Adult Social Care, working in our Mental Health Team. Work with individuals in the community to help them live independently in a place they call home, supporting them to achieve what matters most to them.Contribute to the Living Better Lives in Lancashire vision by applying strength-based, innovative practice focused on outcomes for service users.Engage with service users and families with empathy and respect, ensuring they feel valued and included.Access professional development through the Social Care Academy and ongoing support for career progression.Work within the Social Work England regulatory framework; ensure safeguarding and ethical standards are met.Qualifications and requirements
Social Work England registration (or eligibility and application in progress) is required to be appointed as a Social Worker.Post holder may need to provide a car for use in connection with duties, and must be insured for business use. We may consider you if you cannot drive due to disability.Post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended).
