      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: &amp;pound;39.00/hour | Type: Temporary | About the Role   Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join its Fostering Service.  This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people by supporting foster carers and ensuring high-quality placements are maintained across the county. Working within a supportive fostering team, you will build strong relationships with foster families, children, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and stability for children in care.  The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with regular visits to foster carers'' homes across Cambridgeshire and office attendance in Huntingdon approximately 2-3 times per month.
