Able to demonstrate organisational skills. Able to demonstrate good communication and written skills. Able to critical reflect their own practice and an ability to want to learn and improve their own practice. Adhere to GDPR compliance and confidentiality. Commitment to anti discriminatory practice. Able to work with parents and families irrespective of their circumstances and their background. Able to work creatively to ensure that the learning style of the parents are the main focus so they are able to understand the needs of their child and to promote their parenting capabilities. Able to work with parents with additional learning or disability needs. Knowledge of NICE guidelines and babies'' development and milestones.
