With a permanent senior leadership team, Trafford are looking for experienced practitioners to conduct all Duty and Assessment work, as well as supporting families through the Child in Need process. Duties Completing Section 17 CIN Assessments and identifying children and families requiring support Participating in the Duty rota, including safeguarding referrals, risk assessments Develop and review Child in Need plans, working directly with children, parents and wider family network Collaborative work with multi-agency professionals - school, health, police - to manage risk and achieve positive outcomes What you need Social Work Qualification Social Work England registration Enhanced DBS (provided by us) Why use us?
