Social Worker - Eating Disorders - London

CPL''s Health division are currently recruiting a Social Worker-to work in an Eating Disorder service-in North-London

Ideally you will have experience of working with children and young adults within a mental health or CAMHS service.

Main duties of the job

• Safeguarding
• Assessments of and meeting with carers and families.
• Liaison with community services to secure transfer of care as required
• To act as link between inpatient services and receiving community teams
• Discharge planning.
• liaising with/assessing advocacy services.
• Overseeing patient rights.
• Providing holistic social circumstances reports for tribunal.
• Management and supervision of junior staff
