As part of this change, the Assessment and Planning and Child Protection services have merged to form neighbourhood-based Family Help Teams across Hackney.About the RoleAs a Senior Social Worker within the Family Help Service, you will provide end-to-end, relationship-based social work, supporting families from allocation through to case closure. You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:Children and Family AssessmentsChildren in Need (CIN) planning and interventionsChild Protection workPublic Law Outline (PLO) and court proceedingsThis role offers the opportunity to embed systemic, trauma-informed and anti-racist practice throughout the child''s journey and be part of shaping a new service model.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will play a central role in:Producing high-quality, analytical assessments and reportsManaging risk and safeguarding children effectivelyDelivering purposeful interventions that lead to sustainable changeContributing to reflective practice and supporting ..... full job details .....
