About the Role   As a Social Worker within the  CAP Assessment Team , you will:    Undertake statutory assessments of children and families following referrals into Children''s Services.    Analyse risk and need to inform decision-making and next steps.    Complete visits, assessments, and reports within statutory timescales.    Work collaboratively with partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.    Manage a caseload effectively within a hybrid working model.
