This is an excellent opportunity to support children and young people with complex needs, helping to safeguard their wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes for them and their families. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will manage a varied caseload, undertake statutory assessments and interventions, and support children through key stages of their journey, including transitions into adulthood. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. Successful candidates must also be able to travel to Peterborough at short notice to respond to urgent situations and crises.
