      <description>Location: Northampton | Salary: &amp;pound;38.00/hour | Type: Temporary | About the Role   Northamptonshire Children''s Trust is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join its Children with Disabilities Team based in Kettering.  This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist service supporting some of the most vulnerable children and young people. You will manage a varied caseload involving Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care, ensuring children receive the appropriate support, protection, and services to meet their individual needs.  Working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment, you will play a key role in assessing needs, developing care plans, arranging support packages, and promoting positive outcomes for children and families.
