The role will involve the following: Children in Care team Manage a caseload of children and families, undertaking assessments and developing effective care and support plans. Lead on complex cases, making informed decisions around safeguarding, risk management, and child protection. Prepare high-quality reports and provide evidence in court proceedings when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, families, carers, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Work collaboratively with statutory, voluntary, and independent services to implement care plans and support family interventions. Carry out timely and evidence-based assessments, reviewing progress and making necessary changes when positive outcomes are not being achieved.
