Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Adults Multi- Agency Safeguarding Hub Team.This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years'' experience.About the Team: This team is responsible for managing safeguarding referrals received from both the public and professionals.
