We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Children''s Disabilities TeamThis role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 year''s permanent experience per DFE guidelines.About the Team: The team provides support to children with disabilities, ensuring that their individual needs are identified, understood, and met through tailored interventions and services.
