Social Worker - Assessment Team

Swindon Borough Council are looking for social workers and advanced social workers to join their assessment teams! Paying up to -42 per hour

Must be a car driver Must be able to attend the office 5 days during duty week (every 5 weeks) - 3 days when not on duty. Must have 3 years PQE in a permanent setting

Swindon Borough Council has confirmed that the -100 weekly travel and accommodation expenses will remain in place for all new and existing agency placements within Children''s Social Care until 10 May 2026. Workers must reside more than 50 miles from Swindon.

Requirements as a Social Worker include:

• SWE Registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Drive and have access to a car
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
