As a Social Worker working in one of the Aandamp;I Teams, you will:
🧡Respond to the needs of children through s47 CP investigations or s17 CIN single assessments
🧡Play a role in developing relationships with children and their families to identify needs and work with families to develop plans to achieve change;
🧡Ensure that the voice of the child is at the center of your work and use a range of work tools to evidence the child''s voice in your assessments

Role Description

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm
• Attention to detail and documentation skills
• Relevant qualifications in social work or related field
• Valid driver''s license (if required for the role)
