Or can you refer a friend for £300 if placed?The role will involve the following:Workers are on duty every 8 weeks.They are expected in the office one day per week when they are not on duty.Solihull is progressing its social care reforms and we are recruiting Senior Social Workers to join our new Family Help Teams.Our eight teams each include 5 Social Workers, 3 Family Support Workers, 2 Advanced Practitioners and a Team Manager.A separate Court Team manages all public and private law work.Family Help Teams support children requiring assessments, Child in Need, Early Help or Child Protection plans.We maintain caseloads of 16-20 children, and have stayed committed to low caseloads over the past year.This is why agency workers rarely leave Solihull - and often return.Social workers tell us they come back for the manageable workloads, strong support and the ability to deliver high-quality intervention.Requirements of the role:Qualified Social WorkerFully Social Work England registered3 years ...
