Experience within an Adult MASH environment would be highly advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014Manage a caseload of approximately 12-15 casesAssess and manage varying levels of risk, complexity and uncertaintyEnsure safeguarding concerns are managed in line with the Care Act 2014 and Knowsley''s safeguarding proceduresWork collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard adults at riskComplete safeguarding investigations and enquiries to a high professional standardParticipate in the Adult MASH duty rota one day per weekTake safeguarding referrals, complete partnership checks and undertake initial enquiriesProvide cover for duty services during periods of annual leave and sickness where requiredMaintain accurate case records and comply with GDPR, Data Protection and Information Security requirementsRequirementsQualified Social Worker with Social Work England registrationExperience working within Adult ..... full job details .....
