Join Our New Adults'' Mental Health Safeguarding Hub as a Social Worker We''re looking for passionate and motivated Social Workers to join our newly established Adults'' Mental Health Safeguarding Hub, offering a unique opportunity to help shape a developing countywide service and influence how safeguarding support is delivered for younger adults with mental health needs. As a Social Worker, you''ll undertake safeguarding enquiries, assess risk, build effective relationships with partner agencies, and work alongside individuals to achieve outcomes that matter to them. Working closely with colleagues across health, social care and partner organisations, you''ll apply your professional expertise to deliver person-centred safeguarding interventions in line with the Care Act 2014 and our commitment to making safeguarding personal.
