This role involves working with adults in the community, managing complex cases, and delivering high-quality strengths-based assessments within a local authority setting.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete strengths-based assessments and care planningManage a complex caseload within adult social careConduct community visits and home assessmentsLead on Court of Protection work, including reports and applicationsUndertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessmentsApply strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and relevant legislationWork hybrid: minimum 2 office days per weekEssential RequirementsQualified Social Worker with Social Work England registrationExperience in adult social care (local authority preferred)Strong assessment, risk management, and case coordination skillsProven work with complex casesEssential experience in Court of Protection assessments and reportsFull ability to complete ..... full job details .....
