Adult Social Worker - Community Older People TeamLocation-Solihull, West Midlands The Central Depot, 1st Floor Block A Building, Moat Lane, Solihull, B91 2LWPay Rate- 28.40 per hour Umbrella (DFE Capped Rate) Hybrid WorkingHours- 37 per week Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pmDuration- Initial 3-Month Contract We are currently recruiting for a experienced Adult Social Workers to join a well-established Community Older People Team within Solihull. These positions are providing maternity cover and offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of older adults while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. The RoleAs an Adult Social Worker, you will work with older adults within the community, delivering high-quality care management and safeguarding interventions. You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing support plans, and ensuring individuals receive appropriate services to promote independence and wellbeing.This is a hybrid role, with attendance at the office required one day per week (Tuesdays). When not undertaking visits, successful candidates will have the flexibility to work from home.
